Tomorrow Is Another Day by the director Paola Cortellesi
For the twelfth year in a row, the urban platform in Nova Gorica will be transformed into Silvan Furlan's Open-Air Cinema, where under the starry sky we will direct our gaze to a bouquet of genre-diverse film delicacies that have been successful both with the audiences and at international film festivals. Between July 24 and 31, at 9 p.m., the open-air cinema will bring quite a few novelties to the area of Nova Gorica and also carry a grain of social criticism.
On Sunday, 28. 7., we will be watching the pinnacle of modern Italian cinema, Tomorrow is Another Day. Paola Cortellesi, who, in the role of the director and lead actress, presents the everyday life of a Roman working-class family after the Second World War with plenty of detail, which lured Italians to the cinemas. The film received five David di Donatello awards, awarded by the Italian Film Academy, the Silver Ribbon Award of the Italian Film Journalists Association for the best film of the year.

The screening will take place within the network of festivals that connects the cross-border film festival Tribute to a Vision (Gorizia, Nova Gorica), the Sergio Amidei International Award for Best Screenplay from Gorizia (Italy), the international film festival Kino Otok and the international film festival Days of Light from Spilimbergo (Italy).
