My Brother Chases Dinosaurs

Jack lives in a lively, loving family, with two older sisters and a younger brother, Gio, who has Down syndrome. As a child, he was convinced that Gio had extraordinary powers, just like the superheroes in comic books. Only later would he discover that his brother’s true powers were of a very different kind.
When Jack enters high school, his world is turned upside down: he falls madly in love with a new classmate, the activist Arianna, reinvents his style, finds a new circle of friends, and even begins to see Gio as an embarrassing burden. In denying his brother, however, Jack only makes things more complicated.

The film is based on Giacomo Mazzariol’s autobiographical novel, translated into several languages and with more than three hundred thousand copies sold.
