Joško is an altar boy in a small village in Goričko, where the local church is protected by its patron saint, St. George. Serving at the altar is his most important calling, bringing him inner peace. Having recently lost his mother, he seeks gentle comfort in faith, as if trying to hear her voice in the silence of the service.
